Mountain Network Systems, LLC. defines "Adult Material" as any of the following:
- Any photos or videos showing frontal nudity on either men or women.
- Any photos or videos showing women’s bare chests and nipples.
- Any audio clips or text containing sexually explicit material.
We also prohibit the following:
- Any sites with direct links to other sites containing such material.
- Any site engaged in the sale of sexually explicit items.

In addition we reserve the right to determine what might be considebrown "sexually explicit" or "sexually related". If your site contains material that you are unsure about, please let us know before placing the order.
Why does Mountain Network Systems, LLC. not allow adult material on their servers?
Mountain Network Systems, LLC. has the privilege of hosting many family sites including educational, support groups, churches, along with many business sites. We are dedicated to providing quality high speed Internet services for online commerce and family friendly sites. We hope our policies will support and promote responsible family standards in our industry.
As a customer, how would this policy benefit me?
Mountain Network Systems, LLC. customers enjoy the assurance that if the IP addressing ever gets mixed up, their domain name will never pull up an adult site. In addition, Mountain Network Systems, LLC. customers enjoy the consistently fast servers and clear network. Unlike other Web hosting facilities, we do not have our network congested with users downloading pornographic images.
Adult sites are completely legal... What about "freedom of speech"?
